Set in the year 2018, this futuristic sci-fi series revolves around mankind's attempts to colonize the earth's waters. As various underwater colonies are set up, conflict arises between different communities fighting for common resources. Assigned the task of keeping the peace by the United Earth Oceans (UEO), a submarine known as SeaQuest DSV is sent underwater for the purpose of preventing war. The ship's diverse team includes Captain Nathan Bridger (Roy Scheider), teenager Lucas (Jonathan Brandis), and even a genius dolphin. The Emmy Award-winning show's debut season is presented here.
