Megaman-Upon a Star

Dr. Wily has again escaped from the game world! Japan is in grave danger!

Features: DVD

Megaman must prevent the fiendish Dr. Wily from destroying Japan as we know it. But how?

With a little knowledge of Japanese culture and geography, Megaman and his pals will try to stay one step ahead of the mad scientist. But will they be able to defeat Dr. Wily in time to save Children's Day? Or to avert the worst typhoon in history? Or to keep Mt. Fuji from erupting again?

Editor's Note

A flagship video game since the days of the first Nintendo system, MEGAMAN first crossed over to the realm of Anim with a television series that followed the online battles of a group of crime-fighting kids and their internet robots. This second MEGAMAN Anim series updates the original's premise by transposing the action from cyberspace to the real world, and transforming Megaman from a virtual robot to an actual one. Armed with the power to turn his body into any weapon imaginable, Megaman goes up against the nefarious genius Dr. Wiley and his army of evil robots to foil their plans for world domination. Along with his sister Roll and their cyberdog Rush, Megaman begins his fight to defend the earth, which will force him to do battle with powerful robots like the scissor-headed Cutman, the muscular Gutsman, the gigantic Robo Spider, the scary Monster Bots, and Megaman's own brother Protoman, who has turned to the dark side. This volume features three straight-to-video episodes of MEGAMAN's second Anim series, which finds Wiley scheming to ruin Children's Day, unleash a typhoon, and cause an eruption on Mount Fuji.
