Jacob is a six-year-old who says everything twice since no one ever listens to him the first time. Hence, his nickname Jacob Two Two. His habit of repeating questions gets him into trouble with an adult and as a result Jacob Two Two is sentenced by a judge (Ice-T) to Slimers' Island. In the children's prison run by the dreaded and mischievous wrestler, the Hooded Fang (Gary Busey), Jacob Two Two must find a way to rescue all the children. Jacob Two Two got his nickname for always repeating himself because no one in his family would ever listen the first time. When he goes to the store, the grocer thinks Jacob is making fun of him by repeating his order and has Jacob arrested and sent away to Slimers Island. There he meets the Hooded Fang, a famous ex-wrestler who hates children. Jacob must try to save not only himself from this prison, but all the other kids held there. Based on the children's books of Mordecai Richler, JACOB TWO TWO is a charming family film with a fun style all its own.
